Are you a psychiatrist?

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner! My role is similar to that of a psychiatrist. Like psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners can prescribe medication (including controlled substances), provide therapy and coaching, conduct evaluations, and more.

What conditions do you treat ?

As a dual board certified nurse practitioner I specialize in treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma related disorders.

What ages do you see ?

I see patients who are 18-64 years of age.

Do you treat ADHD or other conditions that require controlled substances such as benzodiazepines ?

Controlled substances prescriptions (for example stimulant medications and benzodiazepines) are tightly regulated in telehealth and therefore I do not provide prescriptions for these medications through my practice.

Do you take health insurance ?

Like many other small private practices, I am an out-of-network provider for insurance.

Being out of network means not having to deal with constraints that arise with being an in-network provider so that I can spend more time with you and truly focus on your goals.

Having the time to do this means that we can get you better, faster.

If you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance company, I am able to provide a superbill with an outline of billing codes that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
